The İÇKALE Group of Companies was established as a result of the extensive experience and success of the late founder, Mr. Mehmet İÇKALE, in the field of building construction as an independent contractor. With its recent breakthroughs, the group has become one of Turkey’s leading construction companies.

Since 1971, İÇKALE Group has been continuously growing and gaining extensive experience in various fields of construction. İÇKALE Tourism Construction Industry Contracting and Trade Inc. commenced its operations in 1985. HOTEL İÇKALE, a 4-star hotel with a tourism operation license and a capacity of 260 beds, located in Ankara and both constructed and operated by the İÇKALE Group, began operating in 1989. In 2011, HOTEL İÇKALE combined its quarter-century of quality and experience to earn its 5th star through a comprehensive renovation.

The group’s second hotel, Spıce Hotel & SPA, is a 5-star facility located in Belek / Antalya, established in 2007 on a 90-hectare area with a capacity of 1,200 beds. Entirely financed with equity capital, its construction and operation were carried out directly by İÇKALE.
