Who are we?
Hotel İçkale is a 5-star hotel operating since 1989, located at Maltepe, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Blv. No:89, 06570 Çankaya/Ankara. It is a hotel affiliated with İçkale Tourism Construction Industry Trade Inc. You can find more information about us on our website at www.hotelickale.com.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data to carry out our commercial activities and fulfill our legal obligations. You can find the purposes for which your personal data may be processed due to legal reasons in the table at the end of this notice.
To whom and for what purposes is your personal data transferred?

- Our service providers (e.g., transfer services, technology services, travel agencies, etc.),

- To our digital marketing partner EraOnlineMarketing and the bulk mail service provider EuroMessage to inform our previous guests and notify them about special discounts,
- If you use the telephone service, your call records;
- To the cloud telephony service provider (Güven Telekom),
- For fulfilling our legal obligations;
- To judicial authorities if necessary,

What are our methods for collecting personal data?
Your personal data is processed when you directly provide it to us, either in person or through tourism agencies. Additionally, personal data is processed during online applications made through our website, tourism agencies, or other websites offering hotel reservation services.
What are your legal rights?
You can always exercise the following rights by applying to us either in person or in writing, provided that you verify your identity. Hotel İçkale will examine your application and respond within 30 days at the latest.
Regarding yourself:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed, and if so, request information regarding it,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions specified in the law, and request that this process be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- Object to a result that may be concluded against you, especially through automated systems,
- If you are harmed due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, request compensation for your damages.
